The process for having my vehicle picked up went very smoothly, from start to finish. Employees were kind and professional.But I really came to post about the driver who came to pick up my vehicle, in hopes he will see this. His name is Kitt, and he was one of the kindest, and most compassionate human beings I’ve ever met. It was a very emotional decision for me to make to have my car taken, and circumstances out of my control made it unbearable. Kitt stepped in and did everything in his power to make sure that I was okay. He was respectful, very well mannered, and you can tell that he is a very loving person.Thank you, Kitt, from the very bottom of my heart, for coming.
